Shipping & Delivery
We use the US Postal Service or DHL for all shipments. Delivery within the US can be from one to seven days, and outside of the US, delivery can take from 4 days to several weeks.
Customs Duties and Local Destination Delivery Charges
Shipments outside of the US must be marked with customs value, and you will be responsible for paying any assessed local customs duty charges. We have no control over this assessment. Also, some countries assess local re-delivery charges, generally after customs have been involved. You will be responsible for these charges, as we have no control over these costs.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Sales Tax
We must collect sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site and shipped to California. The rate is 8.5% as required by our business location in San Francisco, California.
Warranties
90-Day Warranty Against Manufacturers’ Defects.
Professor Kobré backs the Lightscoop with a comprehensive warranty. All products purchased on our site carry a full 90-day warranty and are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for that period. This warranty applies to products that are used in applications for which they were intended.
Should any product become defective during the 90-day warranty period, it should be returned (postage paid) to our fulfillment agent, Photosolve. It will be either repaired or replaced at our discretion.
NOTE: Items that have been misused or abused will not be repaired or replaced.
Return Policy
15-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns.
We have done everything in our power to offer you a superb product, but if you still don't like your Lightscoop, or it doesn't work for you for any reason, you can return it to us within fifteen (15) days for a full refund — NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Return Procedures
To return an item, you do NOT need to request a Return Authorization.
NOTE: Do please return the item in its original packaging and in its original condition. Damaged items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you.
Simply package up the item or items you wish to return, enclose a copy of the original invoice with a note indicating that you are returning the items, and send the items to the address shown below. We’d appreciate a note indicating why you're returning the item(s) so that we can possibly address your concern in updates/upgrades/future products, however, if you’d prefer not to comment, we understand.

Refunds
You will receive a complete refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping charge and any fees charged by either Paypal or the Credit Card companies (typically 2-3% of the purchase price).
